I work with high achievers, people pleasers, and caretakers who are sensing it’s time for a shift even if they’re not sure what that looks like yet.
Maybe you’ve spent years trying to “achieve” wellness or push through burnout. I’ve been there. What ultimately helped me heal from chronic illness and exhaustion wasn’t more willpower, it was learning to turn inward. That’s what led me to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic healing. It’s why I now share this work with others and integrate it into my leadership coaching (more on my story here).
In somatic leadership coaching, we’ll focus more on how you show up at work, using body-based tools to ground you. In somatic IFS coaching sessions, we may go deeper into patterns of burnout, disconnection, or chronic stress.
Your mind and body already know what you need to thrive in your work and your life. This work will help you listen.
