Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model used by therapists, coaches, and other trained practitioners to support self-awareness, self-trust, and inner healing. Many of us complete the same training through the IFS Institute—but there’s a key distinction.
IFS Therapy is practiced by licensed mental health professionals who have formal clinical training and supervision. IFS Coaching, on the other hand, is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
As a coach, my role is to support you in developing a compassionate relationship with your internal system. Although not a therapist, I am highly educated on trauma. I work from a trauma-informed lens and refer out when needed.
A big part of being a safe IFS practitioner—licensed or not—is doing your own inner work. That’s a non-negotiable for me. It helps me show up with Self energy, recognize when something’s outside my scope, and ensure you’re well supported at every step.

In fact, I often think of IFS as a form of leadership coaching. One of the core ideas in IFS is that we all have a Self—an inner presence that isn’t a part, but the experience of being grounded and calm. From this place, you can make your best decisions, respond instead of react, and care for the parts of you that are stuck in old roles.
When you have access to that internal leadership, what is possible shifts dramatically.
This work supports clarity, calm, and self-trust - and can ripple into everything from your work and relationships to how you care for yourself day to day. -
Our 30-minute discovery call is a chance for us to connect. You’re welcome to share what’s bringing you here—where you feel stuck, what you’re hoping to shift, or anything else that feels important. I’ll answer any questions you have about the IFS model or how I work.
There’s no pressure to commit. The goal of this call is simply to get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
If we decide to move forward, sessions are typically weekly and $150/hour. We’ll choose a consistent day and time together so your system can settle into a rhythm.
